changed owner from admin to ianhuang2664@gmail.com, then changed users to full control

used to happen maybe three times when I disconnected power supply from laptop, it would have BSOD appear, showing “video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error.
I tried to update bios and windows updates and the nvlddmkm.sys, and the issue went away, so it was one of the three. I didn’t reinstall nvidia drivers yet.
